Return & Refund Policy

At SELYLOVE, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as “final sale”
  • Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is defective or damaged)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at contact@moshiland.com.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
